Ground Floor Office

First Floor Office

WelCare House is a community building that welcomes use by other statutory and voluntary groups. We offer a choice of various sized rooms for hire, plus our playroom, garden and kitchen facilities for making light refreshments.

Our central location, just five minutes walk from Kingston bus and train stations, makes WelCare House a great choice to hire rooms for meeting or training sessions.

Availability

Tuesday to Thursday, 3.30pm to 9.30pm or Friday to Monday, 9.00am to 9.30pm. Other times may be possible on request.

Cost

Spaces can be hired at varying rates of around £25 an hour. If you plan to hire the space regularly, please ask for a special discounted rate.

Parking

There is free street parking available after 6.30pm, with meter parking 8.30am to 6.30pm.

Cancellations
Free cancellation with 48 hours notice. We cannot offer a refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
